Screenslaver

Supervillain and secondary antagonist in Incredibles 2. Shaped by Evelyn Deavor (see her character for more detail), who is the brain behind the character and his technology. She uses a pizza delivery guy for its personification, dressed up in black and hidden behind the goggles where he is controlled by Evelyn. Screenslaver hypnotizes people through screens with his hypnotizing glasses. He appears in the monitors at: TV-interviews, control rooms and in front of the driver's seat in a train, boat and helicopter. He also appears to be able to see who's at the other end of the screen, delivering messages to Helen in the Monorail, though the message is probably written by Evelyn Deavor herself. The hypnotizing pattern is activated when the pizza delivery boy pushes the button on the side of his goggles.
