The band is floating in outer space, using a satellite that allows them to zoom in on a live video of a woman on Earth, as they sing "Meet me in outer space". The final zooms feature a green overlay around the woman's face suggesting facial recognition or identification of a target. The band then zaps the woman into outer space where they scan her, put her in a glass tube where she floats with closed as the band sings to her and caresses the tube. In the end she is shown back on Earth, looking up at the stars.
Choosing sentiment (an attitude to machine vision) in this video is tricky. Based on the lyrics, the song and video are supposed to be romantic, and it's possible to imagine that the satellite identification of the woman also may be intended to be romantic, but especially when followed by placing the unconscious woman in a glass tube floating in space it's more intrusive and creepy.
