Trust

"​In 2004, Jill Magid spent 31 days in Liverpool, during which time she developed a close relationship with Citywatch (Merseyside Police and Liverpool City Council), whose function is citywide video surveillance- the largest system of its kind in England."(1)

"Trust" is one part of a Multimedia installation called  Evidence Locker which was a outcome of this project. In "Trust" she calls the officer in duty and he is guiding her through the city with her eyes closed. The officer uses a network of surveillance cameras and the their zoom and pan functions to guide Jill.
